APPEAL BY PARENTS FOR THEIR DAUGTER “BABY.FAIYZA AZAM QURESHI” FOR HER TREATMENT, SHE IS SUFFERING FROM “ANAPLASTIC LARGE CELL LYMPHOMA”.

My daughter Baby. Faiyza Qureshi, is just 10-year girl and she is diagnosed with “Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma” which is a type of blood cancer and has to undergo “Chemotherapy and other supporting treatment” I (faiyza’s father) am working as Labor I am the only earning member supporting the family I am worried about my daughter’s critical illness. Currently Faiyza is under treatment at Bharti Hospital, Pune

She has to undergo Chemotherapy and other supporting treatment. Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 7, 00,000 /-. (Seven Lacs).

Mr, Qureshi (Father of Faiyza) is working as Labor and his mother is house wife. he is the only earning member in the family consisting of 6 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his daughter’s treatment.

Cancer Control Mission (CCM) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to help needy children. Cancer Control Mission is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. Reg. No F-40856/Mumbai/2009. All donation to Cancer Control Mission are exempted from tax under section 80-G of Income Tax act

The treatment will prolong for more than 12 months.
