APPEAL BY PARENTS FOR THEIR SON “MASTER. DAYA MITHUN GAVIT” FOR HIS TREATMENT, HE IS SUFFERING FROM “MODERATE SIZED PERIMEMBRANOUSE VSD WITH DISCRETE MID-RV CAVITY MUSCLE BUNDLE -MILD RVOTO”.

My Son Master.Daya is just 1 Year 9 months old boy and he is diagnosed with “Moderate Sized Perimembranous VSD with Discrete mid-RV Cavity Muscle Bundle-Mild RVOTO” Daya has to undergo “Needs Surgical Closure + RVOT Muscle Resection” I (Daya’s father) am working as Farmer I am the only earning member supporting the family I am worried about my son’s critical zllness, Currently Daya is under treatment at Balaji Heart Hospital, Byculla, Mumbai.

He has to undergo Needs Surgical Closure + RVOT Muscle Resection. Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 2,50,000/-. (Two Lac Fifty Thousand).

Mr,Gavit (Father of Daya) is working as Farmer and her mother is house wife. he is the only earning member in the family consisting of 4 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his son’s treatment.
