APPEAL BY BHAGYASHREE MAHAJAN FOR HER SON SUFFERING FROM “Preterm/ Low Birth Weight and RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME”.

My son is just a 1-day-old baby and he has been diagnosed with “RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME” along with Low Birth Weight. In order to feel better and see the day of life he has to undergo rigorous NICU Treatment for a minimum of 45 days. I, Bhagyashree, (baby’s mother) am appealing to you along with the baby’s father (Gorak) who is working as a Farmer and I am the only earning member supporting the family, I am worried about my infant baby’s criticality. Currently, the baby boy is under treatment at Ace Children’s Hospital, Dombivli.

Mr.Gorak (the Father of the baby) is working as a Farmer and his mother is a housewife. He is the only earning member in the family consisting of 3 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his baby’s treatment.

Cancer Control Mission (CCM) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to helping needy children. Cancer Control Mission is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act1950. Reg. No F-40856/Mumbai/2009. All donations to Cancer Control Mission are exempted from tax under section 80-G of the Income Tax Act.

The treatment will prolong for more than a Month (40-45 days).
